Overall I’m happy with this store. I’ve been in there about 10 times over the past few years buying cables, batteries, audio connectors, etc., for my business and they’ve always been helpful in finding what I need. They would offer to order what they didn’t have in stock or even suggest another store that might have it if I needed it same day. Free parking. No complaints here.

Just your typical Radioshack. It always amazes me that these places manage to stay in business somehow. They always work out in a pinch when you need to find a random charger or weird cable/​electronic component.
Located in a small strip mall on Aramingo, the area is somewhat shady, so lock your doors when you go in.

Needed a simple audio signal converter, but none of the employees seemed to know anything about the equipment they carry in the store. The first worker I asked was gracious enough to stop texting on her phone for a moment to tell me I should ask someone else. So at least there’s that.
If you enjoy being ignored this is the store for you. Just save yourself some aggravation and visit the big blue/​yellow store first.

Store was neat, organized, and well-​stocked. It’s too bad for the employee, who stood there and made it no mystery that talking to her friend about some guy was more important then working. She gave us our products, change, and receipt without acknowledging us and still had her head turned to talk to her friend. She did point me to the right section, though. I’m surprised they’ve been in business for as long as they have been, considering how empty it is all the time. This was a one-​time purchase and because of geographical convenience, but won’t be returning.

I wish there was a more negative «star», because Eek! Me thinks not doesn’t justify how bad this store really is. This Radio Shack would get it. I went in to buy a car charger for my cell phone. I stood at the counter while the two incompetent, lazy workers played around with customers who weren’t even purchasing anything. Needless to say, I walked out without my car charger. I would suggest, if you need to go to Radio Shack go out of your way to find a better one. I will not be visiting this one in the future!
