DO NOT GO HERE.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appointment and waited 2 ½ hours in the waiting room before being called back and told I needed to come tomorrow (what’s the point of an appointment if you’re going to have to take off work to go back anyway?) because the dr wanted to leave by 5. So why was I not told 2 ½ hours earlier that I wouldn’t be seen? Why make appointments if your doctors don’t care enough to see them through?
I raised a little hell and ended up being taken into a room where a woman who claimed she was the manager said she would call my dr and try to get a refill on my birth control. Now here I am — refill time– and the «2 months» she had my doctor call in are not there. SHE MADE A FAKE PHONE CALL! So this company I have always completely supported who are supposed to benefit woman’s health did the exact opposite. Now I don’t have any birth control, i lost three hours of my life at that place and I’m LIVID.
I’m sooooo sorry your doctor has a curfew and not enough respect to notify people that they won’t be taken at their appointment time and that you needed to make a fake phone call to get me out of there because you needed to leave so bad. I will be contacting corporate shortly.
