DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Your food will come late or never come at all. I paid by card over the phone, they took my money and never delivered the pizza. I called 1 hour and 15 minutes after i ordered and nobody answered the phone. We continued to call for the next 45 minutes, but no answer. I am now disputing the charge with my bank.

I will never order from Pizza Hut again. I have had problems in the past but this was the worst. The driver forgot my breadsticks and complained when I asked him to go back to the store to get them. The driver returned with overcooked breadsticks and forgot the marinara sauce. The wings I ordered were overcooked. The brownie was completely burnt. It was like they were trying to insult me.

I’d give no stars if I could. Ordered wings at 5:47pm with a scheduled arrive time of 6:32pm. 2 and a half hours and the order still didn’t come. Tried calling but phone was constantly busy. Not sure if the order ever game because I wasn’t listening for the door, nor did I attempt to answer after that. Save your much needed time and never order from this location. Absolute disgrace to run your business like that.

i decided to use the online order system and decided to pay with credit card. I order at the location on 8100 Castor Avenue Philadelphia pa. I placed the order at 536pm was given a delivery 613pm. At 640pm i decided to call because my food had not arrived. I was told it was on its way. 7pm i call back and the manager gets on the phone and say «we came to your house and called your phone and no one answered so the delivery guy came back» all LIES they placed the money back on the card but the service from management was absolutely horrible. No apologies, no accommodations NOTHING. I will never order again. Worst experience

A little «slice» of ghetto in the Northeast. The place seems really busy. There were too many people in the kitchen hovering around the food. In the front lobby there were a few pieces of garbage on the floor. The staff look a little grungy. One of the pizza makers came to the front to shake his Homie’s hand and then went back to cooking without washing them. Be careful of the toppings deal. They say they are free but charge you for them. To top it off, the pizza was undercooked and we had to rip it apart, because it wasn’t cut. Pizza Hut used to have the best pie but now it’s salty and uneventful at best. Had the pizza been good, I’d have chalked the other nonsense up to a bad evening.

Ordered a pizza with Siracha DRIZZLE… received Siracha sauce with a side of dry pizza. Never again. My mouth is still burning. Had to wait an hour, totally disappointed, wish I could get the money back. That still wouldn’t be enough though.

Do not order from here!
I often have late night cravings for junk food. This is by far the most inconsistent place I have EVER eaten from. Delivery time is often promised at 30 mins (on average) but has taken at least an hour everytime I have ordered.
Not only does this place have a ridiculously slow process, the food has been terrible many times.
Unfortunately, with all of the rebranding they have done, I was swayed into to giving them another go.
BIG MISTAKE!!!

Poor customer service the pizza hut in my area was closed due to equipment isssues so had to call the castor location and they wouldn’t go 3 blocks out of there way to deliver all I can say is horrible customer service.
