Pizza Hut

Been waiting for for two hours and still haven’t gotten my food. Called twice and both times they said the driver was out with it the third time they said they didn’t know where it is. Everyone I spoke to had horrific customer service. Your better off eating road kill then trying to order food from this place. Complete idiots and doesn’t deserve a single star.

So annoying. I live a few blocks away from this location in a newly renovated very large apartment building. I’ve lived here almost 2 years and Pizza Hut still hasn’t updated their map to deliver here; we are 2 blocks out of their range. However, the papa johns on 40^th st does. Pizza Hut, you are losing tons of business by not having this location available. I’ve picked up from here once or twice, what more can I say, Pizza Hut is awesome. 5 stars from me if they start delivering here, I don’t really care how long it takes for the driver to pull up.

I used to work near this pizza hut and I was so happy when it opened. It’s a small pizza hut with only two tables so it’s mostly used for takeout. Every pizza is made fresh when ordered and the kitchen is small. This is why the service is slow when is busy. They do have an electronic board that tells u the status of your order at all times.
But I love a fresh from the oven pizza hut pizza, so the wait for me is always worth it. Just one bite takes me back to the happy days of my childhood family diners at pizza hut. They make the classic pizzas exactly the way they are supposed to be made. So amazingly delicious. Being near this pizza hut is one of the few things I miss about my old job.

If you do delivery at this location be prepared to wait. I’ve ordered from them three times in the past two weeks. Every time the order was online. Two of the times it took them a little over an hour to receive my food. Those were the orders. The third experience was awful. I went online and placed my order, waited about 45 minutes, then decided to call them. They told me, «we are not doing deliveries at this time because we don’t have a driver, call back in about 40 minutes. I wait the 40 minutes. I call them again, they assured me my order was on it’s way. I wait another 30 minutes. Call them again. They said the owner came by my place with my delivery, called, and got no answer then left. I assured them that I got no call from them and verified my number with them, and I had to reorder my food. I wait yet another 45 minutes, and finally get my order of a personal pan pizza and an order of chicken wings. Somehow I magically got the call this time.
This was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. The two stars is because they are fairly quick when you get carry out and the food is warm when you get delivery.
Bottom line, order an hour before you expect to eat.

I ordered delivery through their online service. The delivery time was 40 minutes. It took a little over an hour for my food to arrive for my lunch break at work. I order the new stuffed crust with bacon in it. It was pretty awful. I also ordered it to have one of the free crust glazes that they offer, what can I say I’m glad they didn’t charge for it because they totally neglected to include it on my pizza. Food was cold by the time it reached me. The delivery guy was very friendly though. He’s the only reason I’m not giving one star.

This Pizza Hut does not put enough cheese on their pizzas. I just ordered a cheese pizza and paid for extra cheese. The little bit of cheese on it was burnt. I never got the extra cheese I paid for. I also ordered a chicken veggie pizza for my best friend. Sadly, his pizza was dry with sparse and burned cheese as well. When a veggie pizza is dry, you know something is wrong.
When you walk in, it sounds like you are in a club. The staff is too busy partying in the back to pay attention to the awful pizzas they are serving. In December I was served a dry blackened pizza. I told the manager that it was unacceptable. She sucked her teeth, rolled her eyes and reluctantly made us another. I should have learned my lesson then. Do yourself a favor, drive to another Pizza Hut. This one truly sucks.

Awful service. Ordered a plain cheese pizza, it came and it was disgusting! All the cheese was in the center of it, the outsides had no cheese at all. We called them and asked them to replace it, and after a very long and painful phone call, they said it would be 1 hour. An hour and a half later, they came and charged us for another pizza and more drinks! So we waited 2 hours just to pay for 2 pizzas. Ridiculous.

Ordered online to pick up and it was ready for me in the hot box when I got there. Unfortunately they forgot my topping on my pizza.

Really bad bad service!
I ordered a delivery online and waited for two and half an hour for the food but it didn’t come.
First time I call they said the delivery guy is on the road and ask me to wait
Second time I call they said my order was cancelled and they don’t why
They didn’t apologize for their bad service
I would never go to Pizza Hut again!

This place is a joke. Super slow service. I ordered online for pick up. I waited the estimated time for it to be ready, then walked over. I don’t think they even started cooking my order until I got there. And this is not the first time it’s happened to me.

Service was very slow. Waited for 45 minutes to get our food. On the plus side, the manager was kind enough to give us 25% off and a free drink.
