This is by fare the worst company every. It is a serious bait-and-switch. I obtained a free offer from a credit card that I have and it was to get the $ 9.95 set of CD’s the next thing i know I’m being billed $ 208.80 cents. I called to learn they will continue to send until the order was cancelled. After conversing with customer service they where quick to offer a settlement of $ 190.00. They need to be investigated for unfair and dubious practices. Not to be trusted!!!

Agree with other reviews. I would give NO stars if possible. PREDATORY sales practices and unhelpful customer service. Called repeatedly to cancel and was told no additional charges, yet there they were monthly — $ 64 — that I did not authorize. I am so angry and sick of businesses getting away with crap like this. Filed a BBB complaint but am sure it will go nowhere.

If you do not wish to be charged for the experience of learning another language this is not the way to go. Take a class at the library. Customer Service tells you over the phone that they will refund your money in 3 – 5 business days yet when they send the email with information of how to return the item, it tell you a month to return your money and they want to at your own expense to return the product. I’m sorry you caused the negative to my account, I’m sorry, you can wait until I have the funds back to return the product.
