I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect by the entire staff. Loving messages and artwork on the wall, the most visually pleasant medical office I’ve ever been to, hands down… they definitely put an effort into making you comfortable. Everyone was professional, helpful, and non-​judgemental. Office was clean, neat and tidy. Got there for a 740a appt. and was out by 1130a-1145a…and this was for a procedure that involved sedation… quick and efficient! I CANNOT understand why there would be any bad reviews about this place. I’d rather go here then my regular ob/​gyn! If you need the services they provide, I would highly recommend the Phila Womens Center!

Office staff was helpful and friendly but once you get past the front desk it’s a completely different story.

Although the the appointments do take a long time it is only because there were so many pre-​procedure steps that need to be followed. The staff, especially they first nurse I spoke to was incredibly helpful, kind and patient. Dr. Schaff is wonderful-​very gentle and explains everything to you as it is happening. Although this experience in general is an uncomfortable one, I felt as the service I received at this center made it much easier to get through. My only ONLY issue was just having to wait a good amount of time, again because they are thorough and following the protocol, but I would recommend going on a week day of at all possible! Thank you to everyone there for the support and kindness, it was much appreciated
