Peach Dental Centers

I only give this place 2 stars because I think they have nice receptionist and I think they are on top of their billing system… but regarding the dental servixes… sorry but I just cant… I had multiple appointment to this place and I feel my teeth are more damaged than when I first came in…
I would highlyy disrecommend getting cleaning there. the only dentist they have handling cleaning is what I would call very unprofessional. I always make appointment at 830 (earliest appointment) to make it to work asap… the last time I went there. The dentist was late (she came in the office and then left for 1.5 hours). when she finally came back. not even an apology. and I ended up waiting for I have no idea while they knew I was in a rush… at 11. my patience was gone and I left without getting any treating…
I triwd to give this place so many chances but it is just not working… very disapointed.

The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. My hectic schedule doesn’t allow multiple appointments (one for exam, one for cleaning). She was able to arrange the appointment so that I will be able to get everything done in one day. Other offices in the area were very stern about having multiple appointments.

Terrible service. I made an appointment for 10am and got there around 9:45. There was a family in the waiting area waiting for a patient to be done. I was there early and there was a receptionist at front but she did not even acknowledge me when I walked in. In fact, as I approached to sign in, she just closed the window and stepped away!
I wasn’t even acknowledge by anyone until 10:30, half a hour after my scheduled appointment.
Then, I was treated with rude service, I think her name is Tashia, maybe you’ll be lucky with another receptionist.
But if you value service and your time, don’t bother with Peach Dental. I live 3 blocks away from this office and I changed immediately to another office (check out Dr. Iheoma, she’s great) 15 minute walk away and am completely happy about it.
