It doesn’t matter what income bracket you fall under, if you’re not a snob and you’re smart financially, you know the best finds are at Marshalls, Payless and Target.
Payless is pretty incredible for their prices. And guys especially (because they are less picky) can definitely find sneakers or dress shoes and should buy 3– 4 so they can wreck them and not feel bad.
For women, you will definitely find at least one pair that you will love or that goes perfectly with the trends.
For $ 15 you’d expect crap, but you will have nothing to complain about.
