OK, how am I the first Unilocaler to review this place? Well, here goes… I don’t come in here that often because you really shouldn’t make Payhalf the basis of your wardrobe. The clothes are not great quality. That being said, if you need something with a little extra bling and pizazz, this is a great store to shop in. They actually pack a huge amount of stuff into this space: juniors, misses, plus size, lingerie, accessories, boys, mens, shoes, and baby/nursery. It doesn’t look that big from the outside but the place really goes on and on. The fitting rooms are never clean enough, which I find really insulting to their customers. Not sure how much it would take to at least give them a good scrubdown once a week. Dust bunnies, galore. The staff are sort of stone-faced but I’ve found that if you are friendly and polite then they warm up and are polite and helpful, as well. You can find cute, trendy clothes here that you’ll probably need to toss in a season or two, but they only cost $ 15 in the first place and if you really have a good eye, you can find stuff that looks much more expensive than that. It’s a great place to go to fill out your wardrobe, but if you have the money then you should definitely be buying your staples like jeans, coats, etc. somewhere else. I am pretty much in love with a purse I found here today – I think they have a really great selection of purses, some of them name-brand.
