If you like bad food and bad customer service, you will be sure to like this place and your sour cream cheese. Be safe and stay away. This place is just off the subway. But it seems like the rats might be bigger.

I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have more reviews — it’s insanely busy on a weekday morning, and somewhat busy at lunchtime. But anyways, here we go:
The coffee here is usually fresh, reasonably priced, and though I haven’t got one of their breakfast sandwiches in a while, they’re reasonably priced, too. Forget the pretzels — anytime I’ve tried one of them, they just seem old and stale. Maybe just their delivery schedule of them, though. Their bagles and other baked goods seem fresh enough, and with standard Center City prices on these items. Service can be quite curt & quick, especially when there’s lines in the morning. They close up at roughly 4:30 — 5:00pm from experience.

The staff at the store in the SEPTA building is ALWAYS RUDE and rushing you to pay as if you’re going to run out without paying. Also, they have their specials, but when you ask for something not on the menu, it’s a huge problem, and they try to overcharge you. I asked for a grilled cheese sandwich one time and a side of potato salad another time. Terrible experience both times. I walk out in the cold and rain to avoid giving my money to these rude people.
