Papa John’s Pizza

After seeing the commercial for the new Greek pizza I decided to give it a try and order the pizza for my family, biggest mistake EVER!
I went in to pick up my pizza at the cottman location and I get home and the pizza looks nothing how it looks on TV and it tasted worse then it looked.
The so call thin crust pizza was burnt and more like a flat bread. As I took a bite the unmelted cheese and veggies fell right off the pizza. There was no flavor and the over all pizza was mushy, burnt and awful.
And too top it off I called and spoke to the so called supervisor Theresa and she was the most rude, useless disrespectful supervisor EVER!!! After expressing to her that I wasn’t happy with this nasty pizza she simply said «well you ordered it what do you want me to do» and at that point I knew that I had to call corporate and I needed to take this pizza back myself. I called corporate and complained and I also went into the store and had to argue with this teenage disrespectful so call supervisor with no customer service skills. She argued back with me and told me well since you ate a slice I can’t do anything for you. How in the hell am I suppose to tell if I like the pizza if I don’t taste it??? Long story short NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE OR ANY OTHER PAPA JOHNS AND WILL SHARE WITH OTHERS ABOUT THIS HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND DISGUSTING PIZZA!!!

I try it order delivery and the lady told me she cant find my address，omg my address its only 5mins from your store，how can you tell me you cant find my address

The pizza was good, I brought a extra large pizza plus 14 pieces buffalo wings for $ 30 bucks! However, they don’t let me use their bathroom…

After checking out their website for prices and promotions I called this location and ordered two large pizzas. The running promotion called for a free order of breadsticks with the purchase of two large pizzas.
When I went to pick up my order, the person handed me the two pizzas but no breadsticks. I asked him, «what about the free breadsticks?» He gave me a nasty look and replied, «we don’t give out free food here,» as if I was some kind of beggar off the street or something! And, no, I wasn’t dressed like one: In fact, I was on my way home from work and wearing my suit and tie.
I decided to let it pass, paid for the pizzas, and brought them home. Big mistake: My whole family ended up getting sick from eating them!
Bottom line: I will never EVER go there again. Bad Attitude, Bad Product, Papa Johns!
