the owner is very creative, patient and customer service oriented.
I ordered a bouquet which wasn’t exactly of my liking. He offered to make a brand new one, but i decided to recreate the existing one. I guided him on my color preference and flowers and he quickly gave his finishing touches. End product was a beautiful bouquet cheerished and complimented by many for several days.
Huang definitely has a customer for life.

I called right before closing one night and they were able to deliver the following morning. The owner was nice and super helpful. The flowers that arrived were absolutely beautiful. You can see why they’ve been in business so long. Four stars because I did think it was a bit pricey.

Extremely friendly and genuine service. I got a great deal on quality flowers that I needed for a special occasion. The owner even provided water tubes to increase the longevity and quality of the flowers. It was a great experience and I will be back!

Beautiful, fresh arrangement. Initially had a mixup with the order, but they responded immediately, cheerfully, and without hesitation to make things right. I will go back for birthday flowers in January. They have a sense of pride in what they do – it shows in the details of their arrangements.

Came here for me usual hydrangeas bouquet and was very impressed with the way they wrapped my arrangement. The hydrangeas were clearly well cared for after being cut because I brought them home and they showed no signs of bruising or dehydration. The bloomed beautifully and look wonderful.
The price was similar to other places. Maybe a few dollars more, and I definetly think it is worth the extra couple of bucks because these flowers are amazing.
I will be back and would definetly recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful arrangement

I live in LA, but a friend in Philly was having a hard time and I called this florist last minute to send a bouquet. I called the florist around 930am PST and within 2.5 hours it was already delivered! I asked them to please make the arrangement more plant based and use colors like green and orange nothing frilly. And they made it almost as I imagined. And it’s super affordable but looks like a $ 150 bouquet. I was very impressed. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Such a pleasant experience.
I stopped in and needed half a dozen roses. I was just short on cash (by a dollar or two) so decided to put it on my card and he just told me not to worry about it. He wasn’t annoyed or reluctant, just very generous to a customer who was purchasing a pretty small amount. I gave the roses to my female cast-​mates and we had them in our dressing room for WEEKS– they lasted and stayed b-​e-​a-​utiful!

I received a beautiful bouquet from here for my anniversary. The flowers all looked alive and smelled wonderfully! My husband said they were easy to order from over the phone. Plus I love tulips and they had some (in November)! They were also able to deliver them to our favorite restaurant to have on the table for dinner!
