This place either need new management or it need to be shut down. The staffs here are just a bunch of lazy underpaid employees with nasty attitudes and terrible costumer service. Disorganized and basically trashed with random clothes everywhere. I’ve been in there a few times, only for«active wear» clothes, and every time I ask for help to locate a certain Style/size the employee would just point his/her finger from across the store and say«check over there» or «let me see» and disappear for awhile and don’t come back.

Not any help while shopping and the clothes are usually with their like kind which helps. This store seems to have a lot of product but not enough help to keep it straight. I realize I’m not at banana so it’s fine with me, makes it kinda interesting, what will I find next???

Old Navy’s are usually pretty well kept compared to a Ross For Less or Marshall’s. This one really is not. Their sale signs are on top of tables and racks that do not matchup with the described items, I couldn’t find their Men’s Clearance section and their jeans selection was pretty slim. No pun intended. No one expects high fashion at Old Navy, but some maintenance might help. They’re across the way from a WalMart and I’d say it’s a toss-up as to who sells more clothes.

Welp, my first 1-star rating has finally been given. It was honestly so bad, it could not wait any longer to be reviewed. Old navy itself is a 3star store. Maybe a 4 on a good day. Decent clothes for a decent price, and the rest depends on the customer service. That being said, I was at this particular location for 20 minutes and couldn’t comprehend how bad it was. First, it must’ve been 90 degrees in there, only adding to my irritation. Everything was poorly labeled; I wound up not purchasing one item because it was listed as a different price(first time in my retail shopping history). There was a massive line, ONE cashier, 2 other cashiers standing around, and 8 registers. Yes, 8; I quadruple checked while in the painfully long line. Once the other cashiers finally opened their drawers, it was like the DMV. Soulless voices yelling«Next.» The only difference between this Old Navy and the DMV is the 8 forms of ID. Oh, and that annoying buzzer that kept going off? It wasn’t by accident like I had initially thought. After I left the store, a delightful scene lied before my eyes; 2 of Philadelphia’s phinest arresting a shoplifter. Do better.

This Old Navy location is a good one but is so packed with shoppers its harder for them to maintain the standard look of their clothing décor. Prices are great and the staff are very friendly. My star rating are for the clothing and staff. Know what you need and get in and out. lol.

The cashiers here don’t seem to understand the concept that people don’t feel like waiting in line all day, plus I’m pretty sure some of them lack the ability to make correct change. The store itself is disorganized and the selection is pretty crappy compared to other Old Navy stores I have visited in the area. We actually had to move clothes racks aside to get from the cash register to the door. Are you kidding me!!! I don’t mind Old Navy itself, but this store is HORRIBLE and as God is my witness I will never go back there again. I don’t care that it’s 5 minutes from my house.

For some reason this Old Navy always disappoints me, which sucks since it’s the closest one to me. The store is always a wreck, they’re always out of stock of sizes 4 – 12, and they always seem understaffed. This store is only good for the basics like plain colored tank tops and the 2 for $ 5 flip flops.

I occasionally run to Old Navy to grab el-cheapo tanks or flipflops. Recently I saw they had a clearance but the first shirt I grabbed off the rack had stains all over and smelled of… EW I can’t even say it. Avoid.

Old Navy is Disposable Clothing, The Gap’s low-end merch. The dis-interested, underpaid staff has a n «I’m too busy stocking to talk to you» vibe here — but all in all you can still get mass-produced, el-cheapo clothing here. I very rarely get anything for myself at ON — the snooty law firm folks I work with could sniff that out in a minute. Instead, I lavish my pre-schooler with $ 5.00 sneakers and 2 for ten jammy sets. Oh and socks — love the cheap socks.
