If you’re coming food good pizza, cheesesteaks, etc in that type of food category, this is your spot if you’re local. If you want friendly customer service, they still lack a bit in that field. Food takes a little long sometimes, too. But since my venue is close, I do eat here about three times a week.

The food is great, but the service is horrendous! One time I ordered, they left my shake. And still charged me for it, no credit or anything. And the girl who takes the orders. She is unbelievabley rude

I sometimes order from this place because I like their unique greek calzone… however my other half doesn’t seem to have any luck with the place because they royally screw up her orders! They use bbq sauce instead of buffalo sauce, then recently I spent a long time on the phone with them detailing an order and they STILL got it wrong! What’s more when we called to bring it to their attention they got belligerent! Typical Philly can’t take constructive criticism without acting like brats!
