Worst costumer service, I don’t even think this is a real bussiness. I was in desperate need to fix my washer it says on their website same day service but had to wait 4 days for them to come out. I asked how high can the cost of a repair go he said $ 800 (I bought my washer for $ 250). He told me anytime from 9 to 11am, it’s now 11:30 on the day and no call or no show. I called and had to leave a message and still no call back. I called another place and they on their way to my house now. Don’t do business with them go somewhere else.

Scam artists. Do not call them for any sort of repair under any circumstances.
I called & asked how much they charged for a service call and was told $ 45, and that it would be applied towards the cost of the repair if one was made. They came out, determined that our washer would cost $ 350 to repair (more on that in a minute) and we decided not to move forward. At that point we were informed that the service call would actually cost $ 85 because «it took more than half an hour to diagnose, and after that we charge for the hour.» Oh really? Your website doesn’t say that, nor was it mentioned on the phone. Still, the technician refused to leave until the $ 85 check was written.
After having the problem diagnosed we looked into solving this issue ourselves. The tub simply needs to be re-​mounted. The part can be ordered for $ 50 and it takes 30 min max for the average person to make this extremely simple repair. $ 300 for a half hour of labor sounds pretty insane to me.
