I like that this place is convenient and has snacks, but the laundry machines are in serious need of maintenance as they are often broken or dirty. The machines definitely need a good cleaning. In addition, it seems that the hot water does not work. Not worth it.

Although the shop looks a little chaotic or dirty, I assure you this laundromat does the trick. If you live nearby, it’s totally worth it. These machines are better than any I’ve owned. You only have to use a small amount of detergent. Although the price is $ 2.25 a load, your clothes come out thoroughly clean. The driers work well too. While I opt to line dry my clothes in my apartment(the spin cycle rocks) I have dried towels and such. I found they dry very quickly – only 20 minutes needed. The lady that attends the shop is very sweet. She recognizes me and says hi. She is quick to make change for you, although it’s not a horrible idea to bring your own quarters just in case. The store is cash only. The only improvements would be updates to the areas to feel cleaner. However, I’ve had no issues doing laundry here and can grab household items only steps from my apartment.

A little expensive for what it is… A few machines at the back of a shop. From reading some of the other reviews I guess high prices are a thing in this shop. $ 2.25 for a wash! Also put $ 2 in the dryer and my clothes were still damp 40 minutes later. On the plus, lovely tea house next door with fast free WiFi and good little snacks.

I love all the candies and snacks I can get in the food market. It’s kinda like a convenient store with Asian goodies, so I would expect prices to be at that level. It’s just a good on the way place to pick up some snacks, and the bonus is you can wash your cloths in the back.

This places a lifesaver. I’ve been traveling for work and was at a trade show at the conv center. I was out of clean unmentionables. This place was right around the corner, cheap, clean easy and the people were nice, no English but nice. Maybe laundry is the international language. They have detergent and a coin machine. Perfect. Clothes clean.

An interesting place. I had to look inside because you really can’t tell there’s a laundromat inside. You have to walk through the store to get to the machines which felt kinda weird since you feel like you have to buy something. Overall not bad, there were plenty of machines open and prices were reasonable.

I used to go in here all the time(It’s the closest store to where I live) but will not go there anymore. I cannout count the times I have purposely bought overpriced merchandise in there… overpriced cookies, cold medicine, Pocky, household items, etc… I’ve done my laundry here MANY times and the people are extremely aggressive about the machines. If you aren’t standing in front of your machine when the cycle ends, someone else WILL take your clothes out. I really don’t like the overly-aggressive atmosphere… so I started doing my laundry in my building but still need quarters. I went in the store, paid $ 10 for some very over-priced laundry detergent, went to the back of the store to get quarters from the machine, and was promptly approached by two women, both of whom were screaming at me that the quarters were for customers only. Hi. I just bought ten dollars worth of degergent. I AM a customer… at least I was. Those women chased me right out the door…(while still screaming)…I think my ears are still ringing. Stupid me– I would have thought that considering the fact they have a laundrymat, they would not have a quarter-shortage issue. After going to the store nearly daily for five years, that really put a bad taste in my mouth. I won’t be back.

I went to this place following Colin’s review on Unilocal.Gosh this is just a fantastic place for people watching. It’s just awesome that in back of the store is a laundry – very chinatown.
