Did not allow me to return a Hallmark item because I did not have my receipt of purchase. It was an item purchased from their store in new condition and all I was looking for was a store credit. I needed to return the item because my friend already had the same one. The woman told me I was not able to return it without a receipt. Later I looked online at Hallmark’s Gold Crown store policy and it clearly stated that I should have been able to return the item. Sigh.
I will go to another store where I didn’t purchase the item that actually follows corporate’s policies.
