This place has saved my skin so many times. Between the three doctors and the nurse practitioner, I am always able to see someone. They have been there for me through thick and thin and the treatment I’ve received here has always been amazing. The only thing that stops this from being 5 stars is that some of the people who work on the phones sometimes can be curt. However, that is a minor thing compared to the great care I get.

A buddy of mine has recently fallen on «rough times» and had to apply for Welfare. He was instructed to get a Medical Application completed by a physician as he has an obvious issue requiring attention. I drove him to Murray Brand Assoc. yesterday. When he informed the person behind the window his situation, she displayed an unprofessional attitude, stating that «new patients, without medical insurance, are required to pay $ 125.00 for an initial physical and have an appointment.» I informed her that another friend had been in the same situation and was examined by «Dr. Brand.» Refusing to acknowledge what I said, she repeated her statement as above.
Since it is obvious that this office only takes Medicade «selectively,» I guess my buddy needs to follow up with the Medicade Fraud Division. Something is not right here.
