McDonald’s

I am givin a 4 cause the foods on point most times and the service is good for mickey Dees. Play area is not a place to go though.

This restaurant is new renovated clean and pretty bright environment for lunch and dinner!!! P. S. Thanks for the medium mocha frappé today on April fool.

This place is the worst. First of all it’s filthy, they let homeless people, crackheads and prostitutes use the bathroom and basically just hang out throughout the whole place. The kids that play in the play place are filthy and rude it’s sticky and gross constantly. The people working there are so rude and miserable I am sure they hate their lives and their jobs. The worst part is they allow pan handlers to loiter right outside the door they do not make them leave and they harass and beg for money from every single customer coming in and out. I would not step foot in this place if I were paid to. Stay away! Far away!

McDonalds is the place to rock. It is a restaurant where they buy food to eat. It is a good place to listen to the music. People flock here to get down to the rock music.
McDonalds will make you fat. They serve Big Macs. They serve Quarter Pounders. They will put pounds on you.
McDonalds hamburgers are the worst. They are worse than Burger King. A Big Mac has 26 grams of fat. A Quarter-​Pounder has 28 grams of fat.
Rock and roll, McDonalds. Rock and roll, indeed.

Very conveniently located right above the Broad Street line. The employees really make it. Their turnover seems much lower than average and the older women who work here are competent and friendly – no dead-​eyed monotones. The *worst* part of this McDonalds is the other customers. It’s within one block of a high school, a drug rehab, and a senior home, so it gets the worst of all worlds in terms of your fellow diners. In the morning the joint is full of old folks gossiping at 70dB and at night it’s crammed with cackling adolescents trying to look cool by bragging about their delinquency. Still, if you want fast food served to you by people who treat you like a human being, it’s one of your best options.

If I had to choose a McDonald’s (and unless I’m so desperate, let’s hope it never comes to this), then this is the one I would go to. This was my McD’s growing up and as scary as it may sound, I’ve seen some of the same people for the last 5 – 10 years working here. Those are the ones who will give you the best service, it seems. For others, it may just be a temporary thing, so you may not get the best.
A lot of the McD’s have gotten upgrades so that they look similar to the one near CAPA. When this location got rid of most of the booths (which were frequently inhabited by the seniors), it began to look a lot more empty because of the extra space. The booths in the center were replaced by higher stools and small tables. At least it didn’t look as dingy anymore.
I never liked the new «habitrail» feel of the Play Place that took over about 10 or so years ago. Growing up, we had an AWESOME play place. Grimace, Hamburglar themed attractions.
There is metered street parking on Broad and the surrounding areas. It is conveniently located near a bank, 2 pharmacies, a dollar store, and public transportation. Southern is also nearby so don’t be surprised seeing this place crawling with kids.

$.69 for any size coffee you say? Breakfast sandwiches comprised of egg, meat and cheese crammed between two syrupy pancakes? Granted eating here 3 times a day will take 10 years off your life, but once in a while never hurt anyone.
