McDonald’s

Last time me and my hubby was at this McDonald’s, they mess up my unsalted fries for my daughter. I know I ask for a small unsalted fries, but I’ve received salted fries and less than 10 fries. Today I went and ask for 10 mcgriddle cakes, the guy told me $ 16.80. FMI, the mcgriddle cakes are on the Dollar menu 2 for $ 1, but some how they tries to overcharge me. I ask the guy about the mcgriddle cakes, he simply told me that’s how much they cost. Usually I would avoid going to this mcdonald but since I was running a little late I figure I can give this place another try, BUT HELL NO NEVER AGAIN…

This location is THE WORST!!! Super super slow. On a Friday or Saturday night, the line is easily 5 – 6 cars long and i had the pleasure of hearing the customer driving in front of me curse the associate out after she was told they were out of the 3 things she asked for. They have messed up my daughters happy meal, forgotten her juice, fries, apples etc all on seperatw visits. Large fries are half full of old stale fries. My boyfriend hates this McDonalds but it is so close to home… but best believe that the old dry burger and fries will be the source of complaint that night.

This location is always slow. Usually I get cold fries, but I was pleasantly surprised to have hot fries today but when I opened
filet, it was old. Im. pretty sure if they aren’t making items fresh they can only sit for a certain number of minutes before going out. My bun was hard in a sitting on a heated surface or under a heat lamp too long kind of way. The fish was cold and just gross because it was old. Usually you have to wait a long time at this location, this is the slowest fast food around. I once ordered something here and they got my order confused with somsone elses when i went to the pick up window and I literally had to repeat my order 5 times to the associate and manager just to get the right, very simple meal. If the manager reads this, take a look at your operations. Shitty food, long waits, at least the employees are nice.

Ok I get its mcdonalds but when your advertising a new burger it shouldn’t be on a rock solid bun and everything between looks like shit I felt like it shoulda been called a crusty burger yes pun was Intended but serouisly it was just awful I’ll never go back

Have to say this McDonald’s has the friendliest staff ever. I been to many fast food restaurants and this one the service is fast and good. They always have a smile no matter what.
