McDonald’s

I ordered from drive through and they got my order wrong. I returned and went into the store to get the right sandwich. It was so dirty that I didn’t get the sandwich or go back. That was two years ago. Well, I gave them another chance today. I ordered an apple pie. I bit into it and it was sweet potato pie. I’m allergic to sweet potatoes– I didn’t know that they even sold sweet potato pie. Well, after reaction and visit to E. R, now I know. Will never, ever return.

#179 It’s right across from Universal Daroff Charter School and, as a former teacher there, this place was incredibly convenient for the days any of us forgot lunch or craved some fries. To be sure, elementary school kids make you crave a lot of fatty foods. The employees aren’t up to scratch, but they get the job done. I’m not a fan of their spotty acceptance of credit cards, but I suppose it depends on whether you’re working with an employee who’s close to the manager. They also hosted a charity event in conjunction with the school when one of our families suffered a financial setback where the teachers served for a couple of hours and a percentage of the revenues went to the family. Upstanding, no?
