I have had lash extensions at other salons in the suburbs and was looking for a place in the city. MaxLash ran a special with
and I thought I would give it a try. I should have requested a refund the first time I arrived at the «office». The «studio» is located on the 17^th floor with various other vacant offices. My appointment was late in the afternoon, I had scheduled online and confirmed on the phone two days prior. After 45 minutes of me waiting outside, calling and emailing, and no response, I left. I I received a voicemail saying that there was an issue with the system and was able to reschedule. Ok. Whatever. Got the lashes — they were ok. Rated that experience a 3 out of 5 (hence the two-​star remption).
Second visit. Email the day of my appointment having to reschedule, family «emergency». Ok. Sure. Had to reschedule 3 weeks later, after my work event. Fabulous.
Third visit. And again, synonymous to my first experience, no one was there. I waited, called, emailed and nothing. Left a voicemail asking what happened and that I did not receive a cancellation email/​vm. Crickets.
Horrible service and follow-​through. There are plenty of clean salons in the city that I can get better service in a more sterile environment with more professional people. If you want sketchy basement/​rented office space service, this place is for you. I, however, will not be returning. ever.

I got my eyelashes done at this other salon and had the most horrid experience and began to lose my lashes! Thank goodness for Elaine. She basically saved my life! lol. Her skill is absolutely superb as well as her professionalism. I would hands-​down go again!
