The only reason I’ll give this a 3 over a 1 is b/​c the customer service at this area of the overall department store, Century 21, was so much better than what I received days later from the surrounding managerial/​employee service. I don’t recall name of young lady who helped me, and explained that the bags are not brand new, yet a complete 180 relative to the ridicule I received and stink eye (s) during a clutch return from the other women/​employees in store. Also, as a FYI to women who may not be aware of the taxes, 8% on top of price is or can be A LOT! This isn’t an exaggeration, and I’m embarrassed to have not noticed the receipt until days later. Apparently, online taxes on luxury handbags from OUT of state are tax free in my experiences, but not INSTATE (for now). Wow, did I want to return those bags after the fact, but guess who can’t make a return… Rules and Laws of the state. Dumbfounded, but keep up the good customer service, LXR :)
