There should be an option for no stars!
This is a joke of a company!
Purchased what look like a beautiful floor.
Installed it look great. It was wiped down at the end of the day. The next morning it was warped, peeling, looks disgusting!!!
Customer service is a total run around.
I must have left at least 10 messages with our so-​called assigned person who never got on the phone and never returned a phone call!
Send them numerous emails showing them all of their pictures!
Numerous calls to the customer service line trying to get anyone to pick up the phone and no one is ever available!
Go to Home Depot go to Lowe’s go anywhere but this company!
This is the first bad review for any company or business I’ve ever written!

Appalling store. The product is adequate, but the staff was rude and unhelpful. Their communication as to information as important as whether the complete order was in to something as simple as the closing time was woefully inadequate. They told us an incorrect closing time and snarked at us for coming just before closing time to pick up an order. They lied about order status. The were ignorant in their answers to basic questions. They were inconsistent in their adherence to their own policies. They inconvenienced me beyond belief with their misinformation. And they are lazy. The warehouse worker who brought out my order complained non-​stop about helping to load multiple boxes of laminate to the car. When you can get decent customer service at innumerable other stores why would you patronize this deplorable place?
