Hello consumers, I have never had an experience like the one I just had at Lids at the Philadelphia park mall. I’ve been shopping at Lids for many years, I always go to the lids at Philadelphia Park Mall, because they have a better selection then the lids that is in Center City Philadelphia. The manager (who’s name is Chris) at Lids at the Philadelphia Parkmall needs to be trained on how to deal with customers. This guy made me feel like I was being rushed out of the store and also was very rude. I will never drive this far again to get hats at Lids Philadelphia park mall. This store deserves zero stars for customer satisfaction.

I’m rating this location purely on the store itself and the customer service. I give them kudos for being in Mills. I always see them putting up with something.
All Lids stores are generally the same. Wide selection of hats with a pretty big range in price. They have something for everybody. Decent sized clearance section always on the wall with pretty killer prices. They keep the fresher product behind the counter, as they should. Everyone is always friendly. They aren’t overbearing and let you do your thing. Embroidery is on point and fast.
