Joe White- Coldwell Banker

This guys is trully rude lol, that is why right now on his page, it says keller williams, maybe that is the reason why he changed realtor lol, no people want to work him, I feel bad for whoever prospective seller that think he is the best, please read the review first, cause I am not the only one who say that lol by the way i put his picture. Make sure not to get confuse with another joe white.

This guy is so rude. He managing a property we rent. His team, which I believe only includes David Gower, is not responsive, they are always delayed with repairs and rude when you have a problem. We have experienced many leaks and our calls have been met with appointments that are not fulfilled, eventually the thing will be fixed, but not without a lot of badgering. He is rude on the phone and via email. He has actually hung up on us after yelling. Anyone paying him to manage their property is a fool. I would never use him to sell or purchase a property.

We interviewed three Center City realtors to sell our Grad Hospital house in the fall of 2012 and choose Joe for his pro-​active approach. From day 1, he had a step-​by-​step plan that he adhered to and we successfully sold our house for a price we were pleased with.
One quality that sets Joe apart is his negotiation skills. Joe seeks to understand the buyer’s concerns and background before engaging in price negotiation. This gave us a peace-​of-​mind anytime we counter-​offered our buyers. In our case, it allowed us to comfortably walk-​away from our first offer (a bit of a low-​ball and less qualified buyer) and hold out for a second, much more reasonable and highly qualifed offer from our eventual buyer.
I would recommend Joe to anyone who is going through a first-​time home sale as Joe provides 1) honest feedback on the steps a seller needs to complete to get their house in «selling condition» as well as 2) experienced guidance with respect to dealing with buyers and the art of negotiation.

I would not recommend working with Joe White for purchasing or renting a home. He is untrustworthy and dishonest and despite what he says, he does not have your best interest in mind. I worked with Joe on several occasions and never trusted him. I felt as though Joe was taking advantage of a situation and was not upfront. He acted sneaky and I felt «ripped» off. While he says he protects his clients, I often felt as though I was being taken advantage of. Coldwell Banker has many agents that do not display these characteristics. If you have a choice in your real estate transactions, do not use Joe White.
