Jersey Boys On Tour

Went to see this with my MIL — and she loved it. It was more of a 4 star experience for me. (Wrong generation?)
In any case, DJ M. has a great review and has left little for me to add. The music is great — and I did not know that one of the «Four Seasons» guys was the guy who wrote «Who Wears Short-​Shorts?» — and he was like 15 or 16 when he wrote it and it hit big.
Great production and a decent theater. If you like this type of music — see it by all means!

Awesomely spectacular, makes you laugh, smile, giggle at profanity being slung around galore by these Jersey Boys from the hood and the mob having their connections and some time spent in the slammer by some, but it also has some heartbreaking and tear up moments, even the guy next to me was sniffling at one point, but I told him to…
«Walk Like A Man», talk like a man and he was cool, but no where near as cool as these Jersey Boys were. This is the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons and the many trials and tribulations they went through from being Jersey kids to international stars. They broke up, got new singers, galore, many years of hardships and trying to keep it together and ended up back together as the original group once they made it to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
«C’mon Marianne», you’re a «Fallen Angel», an «Earth Angel», why are you saying «Bye Bye Baby» because «My Boyfriend’s Back», when you know I’m «Beggin» you to «Stay». «Let’s Hang On To What We’ve Got», you have me in a «Trance» and «I Still Care», but «I Can’t Give You Anything But Love»…
Ah forgetaboutit! I’m a «Big Man in Town», soon this will be «Silhouettes» on the shade! So «Don’t You Worry ‘Bout Me».
I’m «Beggin» you to go and see Jersey Boys, «Oh What a Night», it was a «Sunday Kind of Love» for me, especially when «I’m in the Mood for Love»! Unlike any Jukebox musical, very upbeat and with great story telling. «Dawn Go Away», I did not want this night to end.
