From the minute you arrive, you are treated to a wonderful experience. Check in is perfect. When you are taken in, the nurses make you feel very comfortable and relaxed. They even had a nurse, who was great, with the same name, Heather, as my daughter. When I was taken into the surgery room, I had the dr assistants singing along with the Pharel song happy. They reminded me of a Nascar team. They were so organized and precise. Made me feel great. I saved the best for last, the Doctor that is responsible for the professionalism of this team. Thanks Dr Broyer!

I had ACL reconstruction surgery here in late May. It’s a brand new and beautiful facility. I had great service from the desk staff, nurses, anesthesiologist, etc. The surgery area seems well laid out so that you can get some privacy but still have room around your bed. The nurse that prepped me was really friendly and helped make the awkward and scary pre-​op stuff that much easier. Post-​op they were very attentive to everything including my pain issues. The waiting room is comfortable which is good because your family might spend hours there. They had free coffee and wifi. And they have a display to show your family members when you are into surgery and when you come out to post-​op to give them some idea of what’s going on. I think this is great because it really helps alleviate their worries. The same nurse that prepped me even called a few days later to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. Great experience.
