InterPark Juniper-Locust Self Park Garage

Prepaid for a spot for the weekend via parking panda. Saved about 12 dollars compared to the hotel parking. Struggled to find a open spot at first but one opened after about 10 minutes. That is why i wouldnt give it 5 stars especially since i prepaid. Other than that perfect deal.

Terrible service, rude management, and workers who are always on their phones. It’s fine for a one time use but I WOULD NOT recommend getting a monthly pass. They claimed more than I did and shut my transponder off in the middle of the month. I had to have two conversations with management to get them to put it back on. They also leave the keys in your car unlocked and the valet drivers often are nowhere to be found, so feasibly someone could steal your car fairly easily.

The service here kind of went down hill over my three-​year period as a monthly customer. I started finding my car frequently unattended with the keys inside when I would valet it on the lower three floors, so this didn’t make me feel like it was entirely safe. I also got quite a few dings and scratches on the upper deck, but I can’t really fault the garage for that since the 4^th floor is self park. Anyway, there was one great employee named Wayne who was always there in the morning and he was incredibly nice. I enjoyed seeing him everyday and I think he was definitely the most helpful of the bunch. The rate is decent if you are a monthly parker (discount for hospital employees) and they just redid the elevator and the stairwell, so the place is in relatively good shape. Just make sure you don’t keep anything valuable in your car if you park here and things should work out in your favor.

the monthly rate is cheap for center city, and it’s convenient for my apt location. can’t complain about much from this place; they’ve helped jump my car when it died, accomodated me when i’ve had to invite AAA to fix my flat, and generally the dudes that work here are kind.
i feel lucky to have a nice garage (4 floors, bottom 3 floors are valet) that has employees that smile at me!
