Unprofessional. I contacted Joe about seeing a rental property. Initially, he responded quickly, but when it came time to meet him at the agreed-​upon time, he was nowhere to be seen. I called the Horizon office to see where he was, and his response was «oh, I cancelled a bunch of appointments yesterday, I guess I forgot to email you. Sorry, I don’t know what else to say.» He attempted to make an appointment to show us the house the following day. I wasn’t holding my breath that this appointment was going to happen and, sure enough, I received an email the following day that the property has been rented. Oh well, I’m not really comfortable with renting a property from someone with poor communication and an unprofessional attitude.

this is the company that helped me find my apartment. I saw the ad for my apartment on Craigslist and liled ot instantly. I called and had an appoitment to see the place. the person who showed me the place was really nice and easy to communicate with. As soon as i visited my place, i knew i wanted it. i asked him about the surroundings, parking, etc and he was pretty honest about everything. i followed the next day and within a few days, i was signing the paperwork. horizon properties made a great bridge between my landlord and I. they were helpful concerning the first/​deposit/​last month payment which made it possible for me to get it. if you want to move to south philly, it is a good place to go to find a place to live!
