Hermanos Pizza & Grill

I’ve been ordering from this place for a decade, but have had such a bad experience with the delivery driver, I’ll never order from here again.
It’s on my receipt for the driver to call when he’s outside because my intercom doesn’t work, and the buzzer is so loud you can hear it from the street. This moron decided to press my buzzer like he was composing a song, waking the baby up.
In addition to that, when I ordered, I told them all I had was a $ 100 bill, and the driver needed to have enough change.
He shows up $ 50+ short, then expects me to just let him take the money, not even giving me the change he had, and just leave on good faith that this guy I’ve never seen before will come back.
I used to work in a pizza place, I know how the drivers are.
Suffice to say, once he copped the attitude of the century with me, I shoved the food back at him, and had to grab my money out of his hand, and slammed the door in his face.
I called them to let them know why their food was coming back, and they offered to have him come back with the food and correct change. So he could spit in it? No thanks.
Good job, idiot, on losing another customer.

I ordered the same thing, for the same price, from their competitor a couple of blocks away. The delivery guy for that place used to be the driver for Hermanos. He quit because the owner of Hermanos takes all the driver’s tips and pays them 75 cents per delivery. This guy has an 18mo baby, a wife who is having a hard time finding employment, and bullet holes in his car from people trying to rob him. What kind of scum makes someone put their life on the line, and the livelihood of his family, for 75 cents?! Disgusting.
Hermanos should be change their name to Culos.

I would give this place NO stars… however Unilocal at least requires one. SAD SAD SAD this place :(Ordered for the first time tonight. PITIFUL, we had to take the food back it looked so bad. Buffalo bones, NO WINGS the order of wings they sent barely had meat on them, the bones were protruding from them like roadkill, scantily sauced and inedible. The sparsely cheesed pizza had what little cheese it had on it slid off to the side and stuck on the box. Pathetic DON“T waste your time.
When we took it back, the guy barely said a word, shrugged and threw the money back at us. Poor customer service and Horrendous food.
