I had a prescription for reading glasses and decided to take it to Hendrix Vision Center. They are located 5 minutes from my house so it was most convenient location for me. The staff was friendly and quickly took care of me. I picked up my new pair of glasses next week. Over all experience was great.

Absolutely the LAST PLACE you should go. From shoddy business practices — like quoting one price, then charging another when picking your purchase up, to selling products of questionable quantity — the store is to be avoided.
Staff is rude, inattentive, and incompetent. Wait times are horrendous, product selection is tacky and of questionable origin — supposedly Cartier sunglasses had corroded hinges after 4 months of wear. Good luck if you have a problem — the store does not stand behind the products they sell and will attempt to nickel and dime you every step of the way. Not to mention charging you for premium lenses, but giving you cheaper lenses thinking you won’t notice.
Buyer be ware… and stay away from them.

I hate shopping for new glasses.
Luckily i was able to find a decent pair within a reasonable amount of time. choices: gucci, prada, boss, rayband, cartier, armani… Many others that i dont feel like texting. Came to the right place as far as variety goes. I could care less about name brands and just went with the cheapest pos frames That i could find. (for work)
