Shanda is one of the best masseuses I’ve found. She really knows what she’s doing. She makes sure to ask you where your pain is and how bad and she really tackles the issues. her hours are weekends, but she is always willing to work with you to ensure your comfort and happiness.

I purchased a Groupon online for two 60 minute Swedish massages and then called Shanda to make an appt. I first called on a Monday and she answered. She told me she did not work on Mondays and I reached her on her cell phone, well that’s the only number provided. So I called back on Wednesday and left a message. I called back Thursday and then called on Friday and left another message. Then frustrated at her unprofessionalism I called back Friday evening after 5pm since her hours stated Friday 9−5pm, she answered and told me her appt. scheduler was not there to make my appt. and she was going into a session. She told m earlier that week that I called her cell phone but now she has an appt. scheduler who is answering her cell phone after her working hours at 5:15pm. I gave her my name and number again and I still have not heard back.
She has taken my money and ran. I never even received a massage. At this point I wouldn’t want one from her. She wont be in business long with her non responsiveness. If I could give her zero stars I would.
