I love this little shop. I always find the most perfect gifts for my niece and nephews here. They have a lot of classic toys, which of course I love, and they also carry Melissa and Dough toys, which I also love. What I love best, though, is that whenever I go in and ask for assistance, I always end up with the most perfect gift. My nephew is still obsessed with these stackable crayons I bought him when he turned 2 and he’s almost 3 now. And I found a Raggedy Ann doll for my niece the last time I was there. I’m definitely a fan. If there are children in your life, shop here. :)

I have always loved this store and been in and out of it for years, but as of most recent Francis, whom I believe is the owner made the most fantastic recommendation for my godson’s 3rd birthday, a rocket launcher with a foot pump that sends the totally safe soft plastic toys soaring up up and away… It was a huge hit at his bday party and I am indebted to Francis for his knowledge on all things awesome for kids!

In the previous decade of my life, I needed a good place for wedding gifts. Time goes on, I lose more hair, and now my life seems to consist of constantly celebrating births and birthdays for my friends(a very happy thing, by the way). I was looking for a place that offered toys that weren’t what you’d find at a toys r us, but had things that were simpler encouraged creativity. HEA is perfect. Great options for people looking to give gifts to kids of any age. They also have a nice selection of children’s books, you can pick a few up for under $ 30.

I’ve purchased many items here with good results. This Christmas, I needed two toys that the grandkids might have gotten already. I bought them and then the parents told me to get something else at a different store. The kids had the toys I bought. So, I brought them back for a refund. Happily Ever After only issues store credit, no refunds. When am I going to be back in this store to spend $ 64 in credit? I argued and made a big stink and the cashier relented just to get me out of there. This is a store that simply wants to keep your money at the expense of customer service. Not very nice. So — shop here at your risk. Be very, very sure you are buying what you want and that there are enough options in case you need to return your purchase.

Let’s face it. Everyone has an inner child, and when I stopped into Happily Ever After purely by chance one day, my inner child was thrilled, especially by the selection of puppets(«Sesame Street» and«Where the Wild Things Are» to be precise), Ugly Dolls(and other assorted stuffies), craft supplies, and the Spanish picture books! Not only that, the associates, especially Glenn, are super friendly and knowledgeable and were quick to engage in conversation with me when I first entered. If my inner child ever wants to come out and play again, I will DEFINITELY stop back in!

I have two children under the age of 5 and we live in a small two bedroom apartment. Trying to keep our living space from looking like a primary color plastic explosion is a challenge. By the time my second daughter came around, loud toys and toys that talk unexpectedly and creepily in the middle of the night had to go, and recently we started to really concentrate on quality, simple imagination powered toys. I was very excited to visit Happily After today in pursuit of toys for my baby girl’s second birthday. The store is full of unique, quality items, as well as familiar faces(Sesame Street, Thomas, Angelina Ballerina, Fancy Nancy, Curious George). They have a fantastic selection of children’s books, and an impressive collection of collectible dolls as well. I will be back!

A great selection of engaging and durable toys for all ages and genders. This store is always a pleasure to visit and the employees are fun and helpful. All too often while shopping for toys for my nephew, I encounter grumpy and put out shop workers who make me feel like I am bothering them. This is NEVER the case at Happily Ever After. I can’t wait to go back for more toys!

The owner of this store is an amazing guy, very friendly and helpful as is the Manager. Having gotten to know them since my daughter was born, I highly recommend not just the toys and dolls but the people who run the shop. Great selection of simple toys that have universal appeal to kids and parents alike. Not a lot of loud, battery operated junk here, just good old fashion American made toys. I’m heading down there soon to purchase my daughters first set of blocks, with Russian lettering as well as English!
