I hope that everyone who wants to experience true bliss will go to Group Motion for the incredible and transformation Friday night experiential workshop.
Manfred Fischbeck and Brigitta Hermann (the founders) taught me how to truly live in my body.
Through GM I found community, made wonderful friends, learned to like my body, and developed a whole new understanding of how healing and life-​changing dance and movement can be.
GO and see for yourself.
You will be addicted, as I am!
It is amazing.
