So I thought I would try this out after all the 5 star reviews and my usual guy was booked solid all day. This was a great backup option but I wouldn’t come back here because it was just that– a backup.
I had my hair cut by a lady (named Ronnie?). She has a lot of knowledge about hair and gave me a decent cut. However, I usually like to get sharp finishes, straight lines, smooth fades, and a very clean look. I was very impressed with the texture she gave me with the cut, but the fade. Was not up to my liking, and I didn’t feel comfortable enough to have her redo it. She did use a straight blade to clean up my sides but it was a little scary having it run down the sides of my ear at an angle.
Overall I was impressed with the fact that there weren’t any outspoken mistakes but I didn’t get that smooth clean finish and feeling I get from other experiences I’ve had. I did have to come back home and give myself a shape up but that’s usually what I would expect from a barber and here, I just wasn’t comfortable asking for that.
This is a great place if you’re getting an older hairstyle. If you’re looking for sharp fades and clean shape ups, I wouldn’t recommend it. Great people and great conversations though!

Started coming here about a year ago after my long time barber retired. I was in a panic to find someone who was an old school barber. Turned to Unilocal and found Bob and Chuck at Gentlemen’s Touch. Bob is great. A true expert. I still continue to get compliments on my hair cuts.
Will always appreciate the great haircuts I got from Mike at Nicolas’ Hair Style. I am extremely fortunate to have found another awesome Old School barber in Bob.

I’ve been getting my hair cut here for years. It’s hard to find barbers who give you the haircut you want, and these guys do it. Barbers know men’s hair and you won’t get a good haircut at the mall or at chains. They know how your hair is unique and if you’re like me, you need some movie magic for your hairline; I look like I have more hair in the right places after a shape up with Bob or Roni.
Oh and the do a good beard trim and neck shave.

Found this place on Unilocal when looking for a good barber in the area. Saw their seven 5 star reviews and couldn’t help but give it a try. I’ve never been disappointed when I find a barber on Unilocal.Gave him a call right then and he said they take appointments but he’d be able to take me right away. Very nice and traditional barbershop. Friendly guys and only $ 15 for a haircut.

An excellent cut with first rate customer service. I used to be a hair cuttery person. They were not cutting it (pun intended). I came into Gentlemen’s Touch and you get that local neighborhood barber feel – which I missed. I didnt know they did not take credit or debit cards. I told Bob (owner) that I will come back with the money, but he insisted that I get the cut first and then pay later. He asked how I wanted the cut and reassured me to please tell him if I wasnt satisfied at any point during the cut. I was very satisfied with the cut and I will be back for more cuts in the future!

I’ve had my hair cut at a number of different place for a variety of prices. Chuck consistently gives me the best cut I’ve ever had at a very reasonable rate.

Great service and atmosphere.
Bob’s been cutting my hair for years and he still asks how I want it cut. He never takes it for granted and just gives you the same old hair cut.
Make sure you call ahead for an appointment.

I have been going here since I moved into Winchester Park. Bob is great, and I always leave with what asked for. Great barber shop and everyone in there is very nice!

Have been on a quest for the «perfect» barber my entire life. Been subjected to the Hair Cuttery with the 20 year old, talking on the phone about last nite’s date the entire time she was cutting my hair, etc., etc — So not my style.
Not interested in the Cuts numbered 1 through 4.
Seems like I gotta admit that Beatle cuts are out these days. Not really a Mohawk kinda guy. What to do, what to do!
Looking around in Unilocal,I found the Gentlemen’s Touch ad. No reviews were there, but something told me to try it. Called for an appointment and got one within the hour – perfect, before I change my mind.
I walked in and met «Bob,» the owner, nice guy. I told him that I was from the 80’s and was just visiting this century. Asked him if he was ready to perform his miracle of the day. He said «Sure, step right in.» To say that my hair was long and ratty would be putting it mildly.
Did a great job of «Styling» it. Yeah, that’s what I wanted, a person to style my mange.
Gave me a few tips on how to maintain it. Yeah, that’s a crises for me, maintaining it.
Guess I’m «Folicley Challenged» with a full head of hair.
Had my hair cut enough times that I know it can look good walking out of the shop but the next day can be a disaster. That’s why I waited a day to review this place.
Did his suggestion and I’m still impressed with his work.
I’m pleased !! Price is within reason and I’m happy.
Wash & style, $ 20.00. Gave him a 5 buck tip and I have no regrets the day after.
