I needed someone to reconfigure our surround sound system after one of our kids touched some buttons and we couldn’t figure out how to fix it, and program a universal remote. After an awful experience with Geek Squad where I ended up cancelling their appointment due to them not having their act together, I did a search and found these guys via Google. I called them mid morning — They took all of my information, asked really direct questions to get the information they needed, and quoted me a fair price(about $ 80 less than what Geek Squad wanted to charge me), which is exactly what I ended up paying, so no hidden fees were involved. Within a half hour of hanging up, I got an email from one of their techs asking if I was still free at 3:00 that day. I said yes, and asked if he could get there about 10 after, and he seemed happy to oblige. Patrick was awesome. He was really thorough in looking over the sound system, and was able to fix it, as well as configure it so that we could use it with our Smart TV apps. He even ran out to get a wire he needed, and fixed our outside deck speakers. He programmed our remote so that everything was accessible there, and so that if something were to get messed up again, it was easy to reset to the correct settings. He spent at least 3 hours working on things. On top of that, he was super friendly, and didn’t seem to mind my dog sneaking over to try to cuddle with him and give him kisses(despite my efforts to keep her outside of his personal space). He spent some time with me doing a ‘How to’ and answering my questions before he left as well. On time, thorough, helpful, and friendly = great service. I really appreciated that they stayed true to the cost they quoted me, and that they were able to come out same day to resolve my issue. Would definitely recommend them and will plan to use them if I have any other issues!

Weelll… he was an hour late(and didn’t call me… I called him after 20 minutes, and then he said he’d be 20 more and then rolled in 20 after that.) That said, he was super nice, very smart and committed to getting the job done really well. I’d use him again.

I have an appt for 5÷29÷15 @9am and the tech didn’t show until almost 12 noon. I had to reschedule my 12 doctors appt. I was told by the rep on the phone that it takes about 45 to 1 hour for the geek to clean my computer. But I figured it would be more like 11⁄2 It took him 3hrs!!! So he didn’t finish un til 3pm. I had to be at work at 330 so he made me late because even though he said he was«done» it wasn’t because it took 30 for it to finish uploading the virus protection so I couldn’t even check to see if he actually fixed the problem. I complained to customer service and they said they would not charge my card for 4hrs until a Manger calls me. A manager never called and they charge my call anyway!
