They must have changed mangers or somthing. The employees are so much nicer then the last time I went in there. The girl I felt with was very friendly and knowledgeable about games that were coming soon for the ps4.

Awesome location. Though the product pushing can be annoying, they stop when you ask them too and are always nice. Been going here for 10 years, I’ve gone to many locations in pa and nj this is the best.

Bad experience — The cashier was not very nice. I was there to take advantage of the holiday buy 2 get 1 free sale on used games. COD Advanced Warfare and Dragon Age were on sale brand new for $ 39.99. They were priced at $ 50+ used — Destiny was $ 35. The 2 for 1 was not even a deal — I only would of saved like $ 1. I didn’t realize this until I left the store. When I came back to return it (20 seconds later) I tried to explain my reasoning to the cashier and she was dismissive and clearly uninterested.
She processed my return — just was rude and the manager looked over at her but seemed less interested in her etiquette than in my presence — I wont go there.
I won’t ever go to this GameStop again there are others in the area. The one in Trevose was much more pleasant to me. I know it’s busy during the holiday season but I was trying to be sociable and nice about it. To dismiss customers like they are meaningless is not good business.
I can take my money elsewhere like ebay for all that. Gamestop should get rid of people who are not pleasant. I do plan to make a store complaint as well.

the staff in here sucks. one guy sits on the floor the whole time. the girl who checked my bf and me out. messed up on two diff. occasions. -.- first she miscalculated and there was a promotion buy 2 get 1 free. well she didnt even scan one of the games and we couldnt return it. 2^nd time went it bought a used ps4 .said 379.99 on the box… well we were charged 389.99. moral of the story: dont leave this store without looking at your receipt.

The only Gamestop I go to when I want to buy or reserve a game. The stores so small that I know the people who work there from going in all the time. The people here are always friendly and always happy to help or just have a chit chat. All the people here are highly knowledable of all the things in the store. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
