Stopped by here to grab a few things, but unfortunately they were completely out of stock. I’m not too upset about that, but the lack of organization amongst the employees, the prevalence of roaches(I saw at least 3), as well as the overall disorganization of trying to see if they had the stuff I needed in stock was just disappointing. I understand Market East’s basement may already have some of the bug problems to begin with, being so close to the rail/subway lines, but I’d hope that stores can do more to keep themselves clean. Also, a few employees didn’t seem to care about the customers at all, instead choosing to pay attention to their iPhones and conversations alone.

Excellent, excellent service, with very knowledgable staff. Harley and Xavier set the standard. They were friendly, outgoing and made me feel welcome. If this is the standard for all fye employees, they’re doing something very right. Keep up the good work

I’m torn on how to rate this location seeing as how I had two very different experiences, both within an hour of each other. I was on the hunt for a very specific game for my little brother”s birthday. When I got there, a store employee helped me check the store inventory and he was incredible. Told me they didn’t have it and that he would call the other FYE on Broad to see if they had if it I wanted. When I hesitated, he told me about the two Game Stop locations in the Gallery I could try. He even went so far as to tell me how to get to both locations. After trying both without any luck I came back to FYE to ask him to call the Broad street store. A different employee helped me this time. He called the store, spoke to an employee, and was put on hold while they checked. He was on hold for maybe 2 – 3 minutes before he hung up. I assumed someone had responded to him but he walked back to me and said something to the effect of he was on hold too long so he hung up. I asked him to call back because I really didn’t want to walk over there if they didn’t have it. He didn’t seem to want to call back so I left extremely frustrated. I’m averaging this location at 3 stars, 5 for the first helpful employee and 1 for the extremely unhelpful second employee.(When I got back to work, I called the other FYE location which did have the game I needed.)

Everytime I walk in there, there is always a sale. The layout is very nicely set up & you can find everything easily. I always walk to the back for the t-shirts collections they have and it’s always cool. A lot of electronics are locked, just because it is in the gallery and everybody walks in and out that store. Prices are fair. I bought earphones for cheap there. :]
