For 4 years, I trained 2 to 3 times a week, 1st with one trainer, then another. Almost 2 years ago, I began training with MATTHEWMULL, owner of Functionally Fit. Matt trains me harder & smarter than either of my other quite good trainers; but, most importantly, his training is PERSONAL, i.e. he trains ME, based on observations & measurements of MY strengths &MY needs or «weaknesses». He is great balance of firm but patient & makes certain I strive for perfect form. Matt never misses a thing since he never takes his eyes off of me. Because I see improvements, while constantly challenged to go beyond where I think I can go, MATT motivates me to train harder, regularly & indefinitely into the future. Train with MATT.
