Very odd table rules. Party of 6– ordered two buckets of beer right away and it took quite a bit to get them. Was annoyed that we «couldn’t» get them from the bar. We ordered food bc we «had to», however it was 1.5 hrs of waiting until we got our ONE appetizer. It was incredibly frustrating and we about to up and leave. We will not return based solely on ticket times and service.

This place has many problems. 1. Many obstructed view seating areas where you can’t see the TV’s 2. The largest TV’s over the bar are out dated and have a faded picture 3. Wings were terrible over cooked grizzled crap 4. Chicken sandwich tasted like a rubber prop chicken, i’m guessing microwaved

Pleasantly surprised. When I think sports bar I’m not usually expecting great food. Food is good and hey have ALOT of options. Lots of steelers fans frequent this place and game day is packed as expected. Great convenient location, great service, impressive daily deals etc. loved the fish tacos.

Definitely a fan of the wings. Also, nothing beats $ 2 Tuesdays(12pm — 2am). Draft beers all around! Service was nice and the place was great for watching games. It’s not fancy nor is it meant to be, but it does very well as a sports bar. If you can get a table, I would give it a go.

This place is ehh. If you like to drink, go there, if you like food that is tasty then don’t go here. Simple as that. If your drunk their yuck food will be perfect for you because your no idea what disgusting food your pumping into your stomach.

We watched the PPV fights here during a weekend visit to Philadelphia. It’s a huge sports bar with plenty of seating. The food was just okay, although definitely better than the stuff that Bdubs tries to pass off as food. The drink list was extensive. Service was spotty. That makes sense though considering how frustrating it must be for waitresses to deal with PPV fight customers who sip on their Coca Cola for four hours and leave a $ 2 tip.

Had a table last night with a group of friends. After waiting 20 minutes we decided to get our own beers from a portable setup bar that was 10 feet from our table. When our waitress, Tiffany finally came over and saw that we had already purchased our beer her exact words were«from this point on, you HAVE to order from me if you want to sit here». We apologized and explained to her that we were sorry and just assumed we could grab our own drinks since we did not see her. After that, we did not see her again for about 45 minutes. From about 9pm until 1am we saw her a total of three times. Each time she gave us a bad attitude for not waiting for her to get us drinks. We explain that at one point it was almost a TWO hour period that she was gone from our table. Her response«DOYOUSEEHOWCROWDEDITIS?»…It is fine that it’s crowded, but do not get mad at us for getting our own drinks.

WORSTSERVICEOFMYLIFE!!! I have never experienced so much disrespect. Our waitress shrugged her shoulder because my company wanted a pineapple juice(he cannot drink). We paid and left immediately. Have fun here if u want to be treated sub-human.

Just Ehhh, very crowded but there was no cover which is ideal for me. It was pretty large inside and there were several TV’s playing college football. The food looked decent but we didn’t order because we knew it would take a long time and we’ve have to stand and eat as the table are seat yourself. The drinks were pretty cheap and I’d probably give it another shot.

Fox and hound is a chain but they have really decent food! Used to frequent this place more when I lived around the corner but I recently came here during MNF. We got here early because we wanted to get a seat with a good view of the TVs but you could be anywhere at fox and hound and have a good view. Flat screen TVs everywhere. Bartenders were friendly. My hot honey wings were as good as I remember. A good mix of spicy and sweet. Loved the parm fries. My friend got the garlic parm wings that smelled so amazing I wished I had gotten those instead. His opinion was that they were crunchy. We didn’t get waiter service so I can’t comment on that but we got there an hour before MNF settled in, got our food and drinks no problem. Ambience was fun. Will be back for another game.

Went on a football night and the bar was packed. Bartenders were friendly and attentive but the service we received from our poor excuse of a waiter was horrible and disrespectful! She gave us attitude from the start when we showed her nothing but respect. Not to mention she was not attentive… at all. Our waiter never delivered our drinks(which melted at the bar) nor our quesadilla which came out 40 min later. Needless to say after we put our order in we never saw our waitress again. The service was so horrible we cut our night short, asked to have our food and drinks removed from the bill and went elsewhere. If you must go here, just sit at the bar.

Too cold. 50 degrees inside. Food less than desirable. Prices not great, but possibly average for the neighborhood. I know they are working through some new hiring– good. Service could be improved along with numerous other aspects. Overall, it’s a large sports bar– with ample TVs and beer selections. I suppose to its credit, to attempt much more is futile. It attracts the type of crowd that it attracts. A good choice for your beers, wings, football. Bring a sweater. Order two beers for you and your«imaginary friend» and sit and enjoy. Not a bad spot; However, just not living up to its potential due to poor execution and lack of attention to detail. Salsa sucks. It’s not even as good as canned Tostitos– i can make 100x better in five minutes. I predict with better staff, slightly better targeted advertisement and better management, this place could end up being extremely successful. If it’s going to stay just an NFL bar, it will only have its seasonal success. UPDATE: Gave second chance Ordered the chili It came out cold, as in refrigerator– level cold. Second time after a reheat it came out it was ok but still, who serves cold chili? Every experience I am having at this restaurant and others in the vicinity must be due to complete idiots in the kitchen. There’s no excuse for this– and especially at FULLPRICE downtown $ 30 for a meal for it to be cold? You’re joking. Be real now –come on, how are all of these places getting away with this? I just simply won’t pay any more. No way. I got ripped off so bad so many places blatantly serving wrong items or cold when it should be hot– just don’t sign. Have a manager call me.

This place is where college grads go to relive their college memories. The crowd leaves much to be desired but everything else is great. Tuesday’s are their $ 2 draft beer days(you can also get ciders). An amazing deal. You can get plastered for $ 10 depending on your tolerance level. Mine is certainly low. The food is a little overpriced but very delicious. They also have endless chips and salsa for around $ 4 which I’m a huge fan of! It can be really hard to get a table and there is very little standing room. If you go, go early! The bar staff is really great. Chances are they will remember you and will cater to you especially if you tip well, duh. If you’re into sports, it would be a great place to watch a game

I’m a big stickler for service(as you can tell from my other reviews) and this was the worst service I’ve received in recent memory. We came here for happy hour on a Tuesday night. So this review mostly applies to happy hour service. This server was basically non existent other than dropping our orders off. The only reason we even saw her was because our table had to track her down more times than I can count. We had a big company outing headed to the Phillies game so we had a lot of drinks but not a lot of food at all, but that doesn’t excuse having to track the waitress down upon arrival, again to ask her where our drinks were, being impatient while we were ordering, having to track her down again when more of our party arrived(some just went straight to the bar because they didn’t want to wait), people in our party ordering two drinks at once because they were afraid they’d never see her again, her completely forgetting a drink order(I finally just cancelled this one because I got tired of waiting but I’m still not sure if we paid for this or not to be honest because everything was $ 2 drafts she just charged one kind of beer bc the price was the same. it was easier for her so I have no idea how many beers we actually had and then paid for), then having to track her down to pay the check. We basically served ourselves. She even overcharged us(charged us for a $ 6 beer even though it was happy hour and $ 2 drafts, and no one ordered a bottle of beer) but I understand these things happen sometimes and we caught it. We also put all the drinks and food on one card because we were partially afraid she wouldn’t be able to figure out how to split it. The only saving graces were the everything $ 2 drafts during happy hour and that the food was surprisingly solid. The nachos were mediocre, at best. Just plain and nothing special. The Cuban sandwich, however, was surprisingly good. So was the Tuscan flatbread.

My previous review is all still pretty true in terms of it being a good place to catch a game. The beers are all really cheap, but otherwise, the drinks are actually on the pricey side. Main reason for my –1 star is the food. It’s atrocious. I’ve had it before and didn’t like it, and when Laura G., Alexis C., and I went and ordered nachos, we came hopeful and hungry. I think each of us had a chip. Not even. Laura had a bite of a chip and put it back. We mostly just stared at it. It looked completely unappetizing. Tasted equally horrific. I’m not sure wtf is wrong if their food. All of their food is super underflavored. Tastes like it was leftovers from the superbowl months ago. Bar food isn’t my favorite, but when it’s made well, it should hit the spot. Ugh.

I must admit… selling all beers for $ 2 is a brave move and a wonderful service for the people of Philadelphia who love to drink on Tuesday nights. I thought it was a myth, as we sipped our way through 6 glasses of Victory Dirtwolf and Weyerbacher Merry Monks. But then the check came. $ 13.20. Is this even REAL? Why haven’t we been coming here every Tuesday? Oh right, because the place is packed to the gills by 7pm with drunk girls and bro dudes. It’s loud and raucous and you’re lucky if you get an actual table(and not a bench with a tiny tray). The service seemed slow, but I had to hand it to our waitress who was probably serving 15 tables or more and who were all buying $ 2 beers. Not a huge ROI for a server, but we wanted to be decent people and left a 50% tip on our bill, because she definitely earned it. Much appreciated were the glasses of water to offset the 9% ABV beers as well. I have a vague recollection of a mediocre salad here several years ago when I came for lunch with coworkers. But the food I saw being passed around last night looked good — tacos and nachos and onion rings galore. Not healthy, but the kind of fare folks drinking $ 2 beers want and need. I know I won’t be coming here every Tuesday(I have to take some time to steel myself to the noise), but I’d definitely be back.

When does football season come back? Bc I will be here waiting. The seating gives for a large crowd or just a table for two. They also have these cute extra large bench — like seats that give the place even more character. We were out barhopping and landed here for the second half of a Pittsburg game and suddenly… I found myself just joining the crowd of purple and yellow! The ambiance was full of excitement and the drinks were poured nice and strong. Our bartender was super sweet and really helpful in navigating their large drink menu. Prices were very reasonable, even an extra large Corona-rita was only $ 10! They had all these fun shots and drinks with names like Homewrecker(bourbon whisky, apple pie moonshine, jameson irish whisky, knob creek rye whiskey, premium sour mix & coke) and Ballbuster(uv sriracha vodka & sauza blue 100% tequila and jalapeños chaser). lol I didn’t have any food, but people ordering nachos and wings around me, made me wish I was a cow with 3 stomachs to partake in some eating. The place is really large to have all your friends come with you to watch a game, or just to have a casual date. I really can’t wait until next football season and see how this place gets when there’s an Eagles game.

We came here after being shut out of some pretty busy restaurants. In terms of positives, they have a pretty okay beer list, lots of food options, and plentiful seating. In terms of negatives, my tavern glazed chicken was over-seasoned, but it was tender. The food also took a very long time to come out. We were really surprised, as the place didn’t looked all that packed, but the sheer size of the restaurant had deceived us. I was also interested to discover that it’s a WVU bar. Overall, I think it might be an okay place to stop by for a snack and beer. Keep in mind that they get pretty slowed down when busy.
