oh… my…god. I get it… its forman mills, not saks 5th ave, so obviously their stuff is like thrift store grade… that’s a no brainer. However, this store has some of the rudest people working there and patronizing there. I’ve never wanted to clock someone so hard in the face before. My 8yr old and I went there just to check it out and some nutball woman hit my kid in the head with her purse… really hard to the point where she was knocked over. so I say something to the lady and I get told she should’ve out of her way. …really?! so I go up to one of the employees and explain what happened, she looks at me and rolls her eyes and says oh well… oh well?! horrible people. and this place is so dirty… I half expected to see bugs coming off the racks.

The worst the most rude employees I have ever seen. The women employees totally ignore customers. Especially white women. They have no clue about manners. They scream to each other non stop and you can stand right in front of them at the register and it’s like you are not there. Interesting that when my husband(a large white male) talks to them they are nice. White women are totally disrespected. They loud, they obnoxious they scream into your face. They deal with customers in and angry manner for no reason. It’s a nightmare especially for a white woman to approach the registers there. I like men clothes that you have to offer. Shop there only if I have to shop for my husband and my sons. All this been going on for years. Women working the floor are not better. It’s like they try to intimidate shoppers.

You know the jingle, and you’ve seen the commercials. The cliché«it is what it is» definitely applies to Forman Mills. It’s not Bloomingdale’s, and most assuredly not Neiman Marcus. Obviously. Instead, it is a warehouse stuffed to the brim with racks upon racks of clothing and shoes for children, men and women. The truth of the matter is that you *can* find some good stuff here at fabulous prices *if* you are willing to spend the time to roll up your sleeves to dig. By my experience, here is the trade-off of going to Forman Mills as opposed to a department store: you will spend more time to save some money. Therefore, if you are the typical guy and want to get in and get out as quick as possible, FM will probably not work out for you. A word to the wise: an educated Forman Mills consumer does not simply buy something off the rack and head to the check-out. Oh no, that would be a colossal mistake! Rather, first one must thoroughly inspect every article of clothing they wish to purchase to ensure there are no deformities. Again, remember that you are not in a department store; you are basically somewhere in-between a thrift store and Walmart. Despite the bad rep Forman Mills gets due to their locations and customer base, it really fills a need — especially considering the fact that they now have 30 locations around the country! I think the recent Great Recession has permanently turned people into cost-conscious consumers and stores like this will continue to prosper.

I walked into this store a few minutes ago to purchase some clothes. The store was so disorganized that it took me 10 minutes to find anything remotely like what I came in for. At no time did anyone approach me to offer help. When I approached someone for help(not that it was easy to distinguish employees from customers) they basically ignored me. Finally, after finding something, I went to the front of the store to pay. They had a line of people waiting to pay and only ONE person on register! I walked out.

This store has pretty reasonably priced clothing. its a hunt looking through all the racks. I come closer to closing its pretty dead so I dont have to deal with seedy clientel. I never had a problem with employees and always had smooth transactions. I come here for inexpensive clothing or clothes I’m gonna wear a few times.

was in here this past summer and had some slamming deals, but today 10−2−12 i went in looking for phillies merchandise and i 1st got a philly fake leather jacket, was priced at 24.95, however when tried it on the person i bought it for it was between a 2X — 3X in size, the only size. went back(just in time for rush hour) and nothing left in stock that would fit him, exchanged the phils jacket and gota nice early winter jacket and a vest insulatied, and believe it or not the medium vest was actually a large, and the jacket labeled a large was an extra large, so this is my sugggestion, when you are looking for clothing, i heartily suugest you physically try them on yourself, if buying as a gift, get a gift certificate instead of product, boy what a let down, that was my spot for like 10 years and now i am left with squat also too, the store team has turned very rude, waited in line for 20 inutes to checkout and then some enormous black woman said her station was closed and i had to wait in another mile long line, you can tell clearly that these people are either paid too little or just don’t give a hoot about anything, it really was one of my worst buying experiences ever in a store
