When I came here to exchange my shoes, the worker named Angel was so rude. He was obviously talking behind my back.

Rude. The employee working this day was condescending and decided to talk behind my back, not knowing there was a mirror right there and I saw him. I understand I don’t look like a sneaker kind of girl but I planned on buying a pair for myself and my 4 nephews and 3 brother in law. He kept his attention to only the men in the store. I feel embarrassed. Looks like my money will be going to someone who won’t talk bad behind my back. Good luck to him and this store.

This footlocker site is rather small. I went here to wait for Jordans on a saturday morning. The lines got long after 6am although they had several people camping out over night for the Grape 5s. There was no ticket system and they only let 2 people in the store at time for the release. Had no issues here.
