DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I placed an order through
and was told the order was delivered when it actually was not. The customer service was horrible and they were incredibly rude but I was finally able to get the bouquet delivered on another day. In the picture posted, the left is what I ordered and the right is what was delivered. Not only was it missing fruit and chocolate, it looked horrible. I was embarrassed to have someone receive this as a gift from me.

Got a food arrangement for my anniversary last week and was really disappointed. The box of chocolate covered strawberries was crushed, and the driver did open them and check to make sure the strawberries were okay, but it was still a bummer. Not to mention, I had to open my food outside, and I’m not really a fan of that. Fruit didn’t taste fresh, and the ones in the actual basket were sour and not ripe. Pineapple was not ripe either, the whole thing was just awful. I couldn’t eat any of it. And it made my other half feel terrible, because he paid good money for it. Most disappointing anniversary present ever. I would try a different place if I were you.

Ordered off of «fromy​ou​flow​ers​.com» and apparently 2 florists got my order so I had two bouquets sent and the one from this shop, «My Fleur Lady» was hideous. Thankfully, «Food & Flowers by Axelrod & Bennett» came to my rescue with a beautiful arrangement. THANK YOU AXELROD & BENNETT!

I ordered flowers online for my sister’s birthday — which happened to fall on Feb 5, the day of the ice and snow storm. I fully expected the flower delivery to be delayed due to the weather, but much to our surprise they were delivered without a hitch and were really lovely. The bouquet was much nicer than the online picture, and was so fresh that they lasted for days… helped by the fact that my sister lost power so it was nice and cool in her house for 6 days. If only PECO could be as good at delivering service as Jannette /​Axelrod Flowers!

Absolutely horrible they failed to deliver valentines day roses and strawberries on valentines day. I paid a premium for delivery on actual valentines day. Avoid this place at all costs. You’ve been warned.
