Fire Eaters Wood Fired Vegetarian

This is a mobile pizza and bread truck. And it is kosher under the strictest guidelines in Philadelphia (the «Keystone K» which is accepted pretty much by all).
They move around the city so you have to follow them on Facebook or Twitter to find out where they will be that day.
We had the plain pizza with cheese and sauce. They said they are personal sized but they feed more like 1 ½ people. Maybe one really hungry adult. One pizza at a time is made out of their oven that gets super hot. They are a new business right now so it is best to pre order the pies when they come to an area that is heavily-​populated with kosher eaters.
The pizza is unlike other kosher pizzas you have had. The crust is full-​bodied and is so far removed from that rubbery feel you won’t believe it! The cheese was definitely not shredded mozzarella out of a bag, that’s for sure! And the sauce was also really tasty.
Would be nice if they had salads or other sides but hopefully that will come soon as they work out their set up. They are brand new and a real boon to the Philadelphia kosher food scene.
But even if you’re not kosher, the pizza is still amazing!
