I ordered food from grubhub and hours later I still hadn’t received it. I called the restaurant multiple times, but no one ever answered. I had to stay on hold with grubhub customer service in order to get my money back for the food I never received.

Ugh terrible. I ordered the most simple items. Lebneh, easy and simple, hummus, also easy and tabouli, a middle eastern staple. The lebneh tasted like sour cream from a fast food chain. It was sour, grainy, light. No thickness, no flavor and just plain sad. The tabouli had about 96% parsley 3% bulgar and 1% tomato. Literally there were two pieces of tomatoes. The pita was store bought version that I could get locally. Easiest stuff to make. On top of it all it took two hours. Driver claimed they got lost. I live 10 blocks from this place, off of a main road. I called the restaurant three times no answer. I give people chances, the reviews were subpar but I still gave them a chance. Bad idea. Everything about this place is a fail, Save your time and money.

It pains me to do this, but after a number of(at least 3) disappointing experiences with their delivery through GrubHug, I have to downgrade. The timing is always efficient(even during the Pope’s visit!), but things have been missing from our orders — dolmades on the combo appetizer platter, a sauce, etc. Last night was the worst — we ordered the combo appetizer platter, and we ended up missing baba ganoush, tabouleh, feta, eggplant salad AND olives. Yes, that means for $ 11 we got hummus, 4 dolmades and 4 falafel. We also ordered the chicken shwarma platter, and it was missing both sauces(comes with tzatziki and garlic sauce usually — there were NO sauces sent). Not worth the money, no matter how prompt. VERY inconsistent. Perhaps better in person, but we will not be ordering delivery from them again!

Quality Middle Eastern /Halal food in a hole-in-the-wall space. Not much room to eat in – they mostly do delivery and takeout. Kabobs, hummus, and shawarma are all good. Open late night too.

My boyfriend and I had the BEST Greek food last night from Falafel Exotic Cuisine through GrubHub. I usually find Greek food to be a little boring, but this food was so fresh and flavorful! We got a hummus appetizer, a grape leave platter and a falafel platter! The hummus was fucking incredible, as was everything else. Huge portions and super cheap! They even gave us an entire full package of fresh, local pita bread! We will definitely order again!!!

We got two chicken boti platters and a chicken shawarma falafel sandwich. The chicken boti quality was excellent– we weren’t expecting too much from a late night order, but we were very impressed! Even better, the sandwich was really great! The falafel quality was just soft and juicy enough for a sandwich, and the shawarma was nicely spiced and fresh of the spit. The soft bread they used is great, in my opinion it is much better than the hard crunchy bread other places use.

We have been looking for good middle eastern spot since we moved here from NYC8 years ago. All good. Everything we had. It’s uninviting looking and the atmosphere — there is no atmosphere. Smallish menu, which I like to see — focus on what’s done the best. Guy behind the counter said we’d be back. Yes, we will be.

This place’s food is absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken kabob(with rice), the chicken shawarma, and hummus. I also asked to have the shawarmas and kabob spicy. Boy, did they deliver!(Pun not intended, although they also do deliver). The chicken in the shawarma was succulent and well-marinated, and the tahiny and garlic sauces were a great contrast to the taste of the chicken. The rice was well seasoned, and the chicken was soft, well seasoned, and very well cooked. The spicy sauce is very spicy, and for a connoisseur of spicy foods, my taste buds were very pleasantly surprised. I lived in mediterranean and Arab countries for many years, and I can say that this place’s food is very close to the real thing. Super authentic, and it tastes damn good!

After waiting two hours to receive my delivery, I was so certain I would be dissatisfied with the food. Quite the contrary, the food ended up being delicious! Mixed grilled platter Grilled steak, lamb, and chicken served with rice and salad. The meat was so flavorful and tender, each bite left me wondering how this could possibly be delivery! The only negative was the salad, which had an odd cinnamon-like taste. Baba ganoush The baba ganoush came garnished with olive oil, parsley, and paprika. Flavor-wise it was average. I wish I had told them to skip the bag of pita provided, as this weirdo likes to mix baba ganoush with rice. Baklava(pistachio) Hot out the oven, the baklava still smelled like melted butter and toasted pistachios. While it was a worthy weekend indulgence, the baklava unfortunately became hard after cooling. Due to the long wait time, this rating is a 3.5. I’ve rounded up to 4 because I cannot deny that this is the best tasting(and least oily) delivery I’ve gotten in Philly yet!

Save your money and order from Hummus or somewhere better than this place. Delivery took *forever*, and they didn’t give us the free app offered if you spend over $ 25. The food was so so and not worth it. Oh, and they also charged us a delivery fee which was supposed to be free with orders over $ 30, which ours was. Scammers.

I ordered form here through Grub Hub recently and was shocked when my food arrived to my house in Graduate Hospital in 20 minutes and was still hot. The food was also delicious. I LOVED the schwarma on a toasted pita wrap and the falafel balls were super crunchy. The next time I’m craving a schwarma or a falafel sandwich, I’m definitely ordering from here.

We ordered from here on grub hub on a whim, it arrived well before the one hour window(within 30 minutes maybe). We got two sandwiches, the chicken shawarma and the chicken falafel. Like another reviewer said, they’re really wraps and not sandwiches. We also had fries on both and weirdly they weren’t throughout the wrap, but capped each end. The food was surprisingly good– we enjoyed it and would order from here again!

They took 45 minutes beyond our estimated delivery time and the quality of the food was poor. I would not recommend ordering from here.

1 Falafel and Baba Sandwich $ 6.45 1 Lamb Shish Kabob $ 13.45 I ordered from here one night with my lady friend. She go the Falafel and Baba Sandwich and I got the Lamb Shish Kabob. I ate half of her sandwich, because well 1. I’m a pig. 2. She doesn’t eat very much. I though the sandwich was excellent. It doesn’t really qualify as a sandwich, it’s a wrap with falafal and veggies and I thought it was very flavorful. She thought it could be a bit more spicy, but she’s also vegetarian so her palate is used to spice. Both dishes came with house hot sauce and a white sauce. Now I really enjoyed the wrap, and I would expect for twice the price the Lamb Shish Kabob would be twice as good. This wasn’t the case at all. The lamb Shish Kabob came with rice, and roasted veggies. Which were both pretty good.(How good can plain rice be?) The roasted veggies were blackened nicely and I tolerated them quite well, being that I“m not a fan of veggies. However, the disappointment and the reason for 3 stars was the lamb. It was flavored very nicely, but dry and tough. It was impossible to eat without soaking it in the white and hot sauces. Overall, not a bad experience, but I would recommend sticking to the wraps. I’d like to try one of their wraps that include falafel and lamb for next time

Ordered from grubhub and my order was at my doorstep in 20 minutes! They mixed up the order and sent me guava juice when I ordered mango, but that’s fine, I like guava too. Good job! Will order again.
