Expressions of You Card & Gift Shop

I went in this store as a last resort for balloons for my niece’s birthday party. I called to inquire about a Princess Tiana balloon, I was told to call back to speak with the owner of the store. I called back and hour later and I was told by the owner that she had the balloon I needed. Once I arrived at the store, I waited five minutes for the female salesperson or owner to acknowledge me. The salesperson did not look in my direction, did not say give me a minute, or hello. Instead she continued to talk on the phone about her plans later on that day. Once she was finished with her call she rolled her eyes and said «what can I help you with»? I explained to her that I was the original caller regarding the Tiana balloon, she then huffed and said I have two of the balloons which one do you want? At this point I wanted to walk out, but my sister was counting on me to get this balloon. I picked one, paid„ said my thanks and walked out the door. Never again will i go in this cluttered, dusty, and dank store again.
