Great haircut, $ 25(which seems to be the standard for the area) and I was able to get an appointment same day, which was nice!

I’ve never been here before but walked in randomly today to get my eyebrows done. The place was clean and the woman who did my eyebrows was really nice. She did a great job and stopped in the middle of it to make sure I liked how they were turning out. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it and would go back.

If you want to be treated like crap, go to emerald cutz. Had a 4:30 reservation, waited 20 minutes, then left. Didn’t even acknowledge me. I even told them I had limited time and I had to go, they couldn’t have cared less.

Not returning here again. I purchased a Groupon for a hair cut and single process hair color at this salon. However, I did not end up getting my hair done. First, I had a very difficult time making an appointment here. I tried about four times because I kept getting their voicemail and didn’t get a call back to make an appointment. Finally, I got an appointment, and when I showed up to this place, the first thing I noticed was that it was very dirty and the shop owners have a dog. I like dogs, but this one was very jumpy and loud and definitely did not help me relax. After explaining the cut and color I wanted, I was taken to a waiting area with chairs that were covered in bed sheets. As I sat there uncomfortably for about 30 minutes, I noticed that there were only two people working there and five clients. Overall, the place seemed like it hasn’t been swept in a while, things were very dusty and stained. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. After 30 minutes, the stylist came to give me a book of hair color, which was very disgusting. The book was sticky, stained, and ripped. I waited 10 more minutes while watching one of the stylist just sit and do nothing. There were also people coming in after me and getting started on their haircuts. Tired of waiting and disgusted with the atmosphere, I had to pick up and leave. I should have know it was going to be a bad experience from the look of tacky décor… but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and it did not pay off.

Apparently the salon doesn’t take new customers on Saturdays? Would have been helpful for them to provide that detail on the voucher I bought from a Groupon website. Good thing I got a refund.
