This is definitely not the place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a pastry while you want to study for a test. Just as I finished my leftover cup of coffee(from Starbucks) and was ready to get a cup from there, the manager(??) tells me I have sat there long enough and I should leave. He says I didn’t buy anything from there even though I did purchase a muffin and might have purchased another pastry and/or drink if he had not been so bad mannered to ask me to leave. Isn’t dunkin donuts’ objective in offering tables, outlets, and wifi to get customers to feel welcomed to read/study/chat while we enjoy coffee and a snack? It would be different if his tables were all occupied and I was inhibiting other customers from sitting down… I won’t be going back here. I am going to stick with any of the nearby Starbucks! This is why Starbucks is awesome!

First the guy got my order wrong(which is fine I understand mistakes happen) but then the second bagel he served me was given to me with the wad of cream cheese in the center with the knife still in it. I don’t mean to sound like a jerk, and I used to work at a Dunkin donuts, but you’re actually supposed to spread the cream cheese for the consumer. Just overall didn’t care about the consumers.

I go to this Dunkin all the time, so perhaps I’m a little biased but I find the staff to be really friendly. They are accommodating if you ask for more sugar, syrup, etc, and are a genuinely pleasant crew in the morning. For the various levels of traffic they have here during the morning rush, they have managed to be efficient, especially for a fairly new business.

This is the street level DD near the corner of 16th and Market. It’s relatively new — I think they opened it maybe 6 months ago — and it’s pretty nice inside. I came here today for coffee and was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency of this operation. There were a couple people in line in front of me but it took all of 30 seconds to get to the front to place my order, and they made my cappuccino within maybe 2 minutes. I was a little nervous ordering a cappuccino at DD, but it tasted great and had a good amount of foam. The staff I spoke with were all really nice, and the woman who made my drink apologized for the wait(even though it wasn’t long at all). I’ll definitely be back!

So Dunkin isn’t gourmet coffee, but sometimes I just want one… especially after an Eagles win(when it is freeee). This Dunkin is on my way to work and with the winter upon us, that is great convenience. They have their systems down and even though the lines appear long, you will be caffeinated in no time. Just make sure you pick the right line and pray the person in front of you doesn’t want a dozen donuts.

Dunkin always provides fast service when I’m in a rush for work in the morning. Not too crazy about their doughnuts. But i come here everyday for hot black tea and sometimes an occasional toasted bagel w cream cheese spread or their new Angus Steak egg and cheese on a toasted croissant which is very delicious.

American may run on Dunkin, but Dunkin’ does not run me! In the mean time — every once in a great while I get a hankerin’ for a DD Iced Coffee — so if I am in Suburban station I go to this location. Service is VERY quick and efficient(they have multiple lines) — even during the insane morning coffee rush. I never get donuts — and very rarely food items(I actually kinda like the toast sandwiches there — but at 500 — 800 calories for BREAKFAST there is just no way!!), but I love the iced coffee — especially in the summertime.

4 registers at once helps dissipate the morning rush!
