Hands down make the best iced caramel lattes in the area. They aren’t stingy with the caramel drizzle on the whipped cream. Simply the best

The people who work the night shift at this location are beyond rude. There’s always a million Russian teenagers crowding the tables, not even eating anything and they’re allowed to sit there all night. Not enough seating or chairs ever. Bathroom requires a key even though every other location lets you walk right in.

I love this place. I am a customer for 5 years and buy Coffey twice daily. Drive through is quick and when I am next to microphone they always know my order. The price for coffee is .5cents lower compare to other Dunkin’ Donuts in NE Philly. I will be their customer for good.

Okay, so I came here regularly for 4 years; they were competent and always had my order right. It wasn’t until the past year when they hired a new staff that I became intolerant toward them.
A review on here said they always remembered her order at the drive thru, well they don’t for me and even though they see me almost everyday (I work and live around the area), they are still rude, particularly this one employee who just started working here for about a year.
There is no respect for customer loyalty; I don’t even get discounts and I don’t argue with them or give them an unnecessarily hard time. So I have no idea why they treat me like I am an unsatisfied, crazy nut that they dread seeing pull up at the window.
I miss the other guy, who always recognized me and my order but I see him only on weekends where I don’t often visit it. That’s the only reason why I gave this place 2 stars.
UPDATE 10÷24÷13: NEW MANAGEMENT, much better service. Still needs some improvement.

Never had any problems at this location… Good munchkins and iced coffee. Employees seem cool enough.
